His expertise spans both retail and multi-state fulfillment operations, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, accuracy, and medication safety.

Dr. Quynh Truong earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2010. She brings more than a decade of experience grounded in clinical accuracy, operational discipline, and collaborative care.

Dr. Truong works closely with prescribing providers to optimize medication regimens, ensure dosing precision, and support continuity of care. Her background includes medication therapy management, compounding oversight, and regulatory adherence across retail and fulfillment pharmacy settings. She is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance while supporting positive therapeutic outcomes for the patients entrusted to Houston Rx.
